I did a little decoration around the house a little while ago. I’ve been here for about three years and never really felt at home, I moved into a shell and it remained empty with my things sort of in little places. A quick trip to Ikea fixed it up, I now have some of my work up the walls, and a new rug on the sofa and I think I need to make another trip for some lively plants. It’ll be perfect and quite within budget.

Polaroid
I’ve been getting into film lately and been pining for a sx70 polaroid camera and those gorgeous Impossible Color Push film. Hurray for birthdays and presents from friends!
The first three leftover film in the camera yielded some interesting modern art interpretation of colour as the result of incorrect development or old age. I finally loaded the new film and voila!

Wearing Dizingof

Wearing Estee Lauder Lip Pencil in Spice
Dizingof, based in Melbourne, recently launched their 2011 Autumn/Winter collection from which the above dress came from. The outfit was light and easy to wear, made my legs go for miles and fitted comfortably around my curves. I’d highly recommend either wearing stockings or awesome underwear for those oh so peekaboo moments when Melbourne’s tenacious wind decides to whisk around you as it happened to me today. The dress will remain a current favourite however, as I received no less than 7 compliments today
In other news I went to my first concert today, seeing Imogen Heap who was brilliant and so effervescent on stage. Love love loved it!
BTS: Canzone della Sirena
Behind the scenes at one of our latest beach shoots. This time I paired up with Anke Hansen (hair and makeup), Ana Carolina Biasol (stylist) and Alycia from Boss Models for a kick ass day in the sun!
Gorgeous pile of stuff from Ana
The three lovely ladies which makes my work an absolute joy
For some reason I just love this shot!

Finders Keepers
Finders Keepers Market originated in Sydney which provides a platform for new and emerging designers to showcase their work. They came to Melbourne as part of LMFF and I popped by for a visit when things are winding down. There were some gorgeous things on display, but I was especially impressed by the people at Tightology- hello ethical and ultra cute stockings! The duo at Limedrop were present too, hi guys! This is why I love Melbourne, there’s so much talent here and they are all oh so amazing.
